We are looking for a dynamic professional for the role of Sales Executive with between 1 to 5 years of prior relevant work experience in automotive industry to join our team. As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the overall sales you shall be reporting to the Sales Manager.
Building relationships: Getting to know customers, maintaining rapport with previous customers, and suggesting trade-ins
Demonstrating vehicles: Explaining features, capabilities, and warranties, and taking customers on test drives
Closing sales: Negotiating prices, overcoming objections, and completing sales contracts.
Following up: Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up with buyers after the sale.
MIS: Maintain proper MIS of all enquiries and follow up remarks.
Maintaining records: Recording sales and inventory, and filling out reports
Promoting the dealership: Promoting the company's service.
Field Activity: Participating the field activity as per the plan.
Training: Participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications
Teamwork: Collaborating with team members to ensure customers receive the best service
Customer service: Answering questions, providing support, and addressing concerns or complaints
