Key Responsibilities
To plan, implement and achieve the business targets and profitability of the branch.
Direct all operational aspects at the branch including operations, customer service, administration and sales.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
Adhere to existing processes and locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions.
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration.
Bring out the best of branch’s staff by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Any other work assigned to you from time to time.
