Responsibilities/ KRAs:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
o Identify market opportunities and trends
o Generate leads, and establish and nurture strong client relationships
o Represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our offerings
o Candidate with Government Sales Experience who can liaison with the government officials for our projects.
o Consistent liaisioning and follow ups with the Department/Officials
o Manage Sales and Marketing in Government Departments and should be well versed with Tendering processes.
o Maintaining good relationship with the officials and should be able to manage overall sales/ liasioning activities.
o Understands the buying process cycle in government (State, Central Ministries & PSU) and should be well known with the dynamics of Government sector. Manages relationship with system integrators to ensure horizontal penetration into accounts
o Demonstrated excellence in giving presentations and arranging demonstrations of the products in different government sectors, influencing the specification of the product and making the company strong even if tender comes out
o Building and maintaining healthy business relations with major customers, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
o Responsible for creating a compelling value proposition in government segment.
o Competition Analysis by keeping abreast of Market Trends & achieving market share metrics.
Qualifications:
o Preferably Engineering/ Graduate with Relevant Experience in Sales
o Strong Sales, Interpersonal and Communication skills
o Good understanding of sales techniques and market trends with Sales strategy development
o Client relationship management
o Market Analysis and Trends.
