Key Responsibilities
Build and lead the complete sales team.
Recruit, train, and monitor Sales Executives and Area Sales Managers.
Develop distributor and retailer networks.
Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.
Create sales strategies and expansion plans.
Improve market penetration and customer acquisition.
Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and management.
Submit weekly and monthly performance reports.
Drive business growth across assigned territories.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Proven experience managing sales teams.
Strong network of distributors and retailers.
Leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Willingness to travel across Madhya Pradesh.
MBA or Graduate preferred.
