Join Surya International as a Solar Field Sales Executive covering Berhampur and nearby regions. You'll be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, converting prospects into customers, and helping drive the adoption of solar energy through direct engagement and field work.
Prospect & Generate Leads: Source potential customers through cold outreach, local networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
Conduct Site Visits: Visit client locations to assess energy needs and recommend appropriate solar solutions.
Sales Presentations & Closures: Educate customers on product benefits (cost savings, ROI, environmental impact), negotiate terms, and complete sales closures.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Market Awareness: Keep abreast of industry developments, competitors, and relevant government solar policies or incentives.
Reporting: Use CRM tools to log lead activity, follow-ups, and sales progress. Report to field or sales manager regularly.
Degree: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Environmental Science, or similar preferred.
Experience: Ideally 0–6 years in field sales; solar experience preferred. Freshers with strong motivation considered.
Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with ability to simplify technical concepts.
Travel-ready: Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel locally.
Prior exposure to solar products such as PV panels, inverters, batteries, or hybrid systems.
Understanding of government solar incentives and local renewable energy programs.
Proven negotiation and customer education capabilities.
