1. Position: Management Trainee (MBA – Fresher)
Department: Emerging EPC Sales CTC: ₹2.4 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA Agreement: 2-year service agreement (Mandatory)
Role Overview:
The Management Trainee will support the EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) Sales Team in lead generation, client coordination, proposal preparation, and project documentation for solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Identify new EPC sales opportunities through market research and lead generation.
•
Follow up with potential clients and support the sales pipeline.
•
Assist in preparing techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
•
Coordinate with technical, design, and project teams for customer requirements.
•
Maintain records of client communication, proposals, and sales reports.
•
Support senior team members in tender documentation and vendor communication.
•
Conduct site visits for solar project assessment (if required).
•
Help in preparing project presentations and customer pitches.
•
Build strong customer relationships and ensure timely follow-up.
•
Learn company processes, EPC workflow, and solar product knowledge.
Skills Required:

2. Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (B.Tech – Fresher)
Department: Emerging EPC Sales CTC: ₹2.6 LPA – ₹3.0 LPA Agreement: Not mandatory (if you want, I can add)
Role Overview:
The GET will support the technical and sales functions by understanding customer requirements, conducting site surveys, preparing basic system designs, and assisting in technical proposals for solar EPC projects.
Key Responsibilities:
•
Assist in technical analysis and load assessment for solar projects.
•
Conduct site surveys to understand feasibility and system design needs.
•
Prepare basic AutoCAD layout and single-line diagrams (SLD), if trained.
•
Coordinate with design, purchase, and project execution teams.
•
Support EPC sales team with technical inputs during customer meetings.
•
Prepare technical documents, data sheets, and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
•
Evaluate vendor quotations and prepare comparison sheets.
•
Support in preparing tender documents and technical proposals.
•
Maintain proper documentation of site reports and technical files.

Common Responsibilities for Both Roles:
•
Daily reporting of activities to the Reporting Manager
•
Understanding core EPC sales processes

Learning solar product knowledge (modules, inverters, structure, cables, etc.)
•
Supporting in project documentation, customer follow-up, and vendor coordination
•
Working closely with Sales, Service, Design, and Execution team
