About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our Solar Sales Department. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in solar product sales, channel development, and distribution management, with a proven track record of driving growth and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for solar products across assigned regions.
Manage and expand channel partner networks, including dealers and distributors.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Identify new business opportunities in solar projects and channel sales.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management.
Guide and mentor the sales team for performance improvement.
Coordinate with marketing and technical teams for lead generation and product support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business/Marketing; MBA preferred.
3–7 years of proven experience in solar sales, channel sales, and distribution sales.
Strong knowledge of solar products (panels, inverters, batteries, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel extensively as per business requirements.
