Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to handle sales operations in Kerala. The candidate should have strong experience in the solar or electrical industry, along with good technical knowledge and expertise in B2B and channel sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and drive sales in the assigned territory
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors
Build and expand channel partner and distribution network
Handle B2B sales and generate new business opportunities
Provide technical guidance related to solar products and solutions
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Ensure timely reporting and maintain sales MIS
Requirements
Experience: 3–6 years in Solar / Electrical industry
Strong knowledge of solar energy and technical aspects
Experience in B2B sales, distribution network, and channel sales
Good communication and negotiation skills
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
