Job Description: Sales Manager (Site-Based)

Location: Project Site (Cunningham Road / Site)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month + High Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

Site Conversion: Conduct professional site tours and present project USPs to drive immediate interest.

Negotiation & Closing: Lead price negotiations, handle objections, and secure bookings/EOIs.

Strategic Follow-up: Maintain a rigorous pipeline for warm visitors to ensure deal closure.

Post-Sales Coordination: Manage the transition from booking to documentation with the CRM team.

Requirements:

3–6 years of experience in Real Estate Direct Sales with a proven closing track record.

Exceptional communication skills and the gravitas to influence high-net-worth investors.

Strong knowledge of RERA, market trends, and technical specifications.
