Responsibilities:
● Developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals.
● Managing lead generation and ensuring regular site visits are generated by the team.
● Helping the team in sales closures.
● Ensuring 3x of team cost is achieved as net revenue.
● Reviewing client activity, anticipating client needs, and improving overall satisfaction.
● Creating sales reports and providing feedback to the leadership team.
● Establishing and maintaining key customer relationships.
● Handling a team size of 10 to 12 people.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
● Master's degree in a business-related field may be advantageous.
● 2+ years experience in handling sales teams.
● Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
● Good strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
