Job Description
Lyncotek Venture Private Limited is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive business growth and strengthen customer relationships across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, and consultants.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Conduct regular market visits and customer meetings.
Provide product presentations and technical support to customers.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare sales reports and share market feedback.
Guide and support the sales team in the assigned territory.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
Requirements
5–10 years of B2B sales experience.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Languages: Kannada & English (Hindi is an added advantage).
