Job Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO)

Location: Assigned Territory (Uttar Pradesh / Region-wise)

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Sales Officer to manage and expand sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves dealer and distributor management, market development, order generation, and achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for LED products
Appoint, manage, and motivate dealers and distributors in the assigned area
Develop new markets, channels, and institutional customers
Promote company products such as LED bulbs, panel lights, street lights, flood lights, and solar lights
Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper product visibility
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and demand trends
Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers and distributors
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and dispatch
Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction levels

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
2–5 years of experience in sales (LED lighting / electrical industry preferred)
Strong dealer network and market knowledge
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory
