Lead and manage the sales team to achieve loan and revenue targets.
Drive sales for financial products such as home loans, LAP, personal loans, business loans, etc.
Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business.
Identify new channel partners, builders, and referral sources.
Monitor team performance and provide regular training and guidance.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Review sales MIS, pipeline, and conversion ratios.
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
Strong sales leadership and team management skills.
In-depth knowledge of finance and loan products.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Proficiency in CRM and reporting tools.
Graduate / MBA preferred.
Experience in NBFC, bank, or loan distribution industry.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
