Sales Manager

Location:

Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Experience Required:

Fresher - 1 years in Renewable Energy / Solar Industry (C&I Segment preferred)

Salary Range:

₹3 – 4 LPA (Based on experience & performance)

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of solar EPC projects in the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) sector.

• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve revenue and margin targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (factories, corporates, warehouses, commercial buildings).

• Generate leads through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

• Conduct feasibility discussions, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.

• Collaborate with design, engineering, and installation teams to ensure project delivery.

• Track market trends, competitor activities, and policy updates in the solar sector.

• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business performance reviews.

  Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of C&I solar project sales (Rooftop / Ground-mounted).

  • Strong network with industrial/commercial clients in Tamil Nadu.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to handle long sales cycles and close high-value deals.

  • Graduate in Engineering / MBA (preferred, not mandatory).
