We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy, expand our customer base, and strengthen Loadsor’s market presence.
Role Summary
The Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, manage the sales team, develop strategic plans, and drive revenue growth. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs within the logistics and technology sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with Loadsor’s goals.
Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
Forecast sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.
Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet targets.
Set performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
Ensure ongoing training and development for sales staff.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Oversee negotiations, proposals, and contract closures.
Provide high-quality customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis and monitor industry trends.
Recommend improvements to services based on market needs.
Operational Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to align sales activities.
Support the launch of new services and digital features on the LoadsoR platform.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, SaaS platforms, or supply-chain operations.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
