We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure an exceptional customer experience in our showroom. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the showroom sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

• Build strong customer relationships and ensure personalized customer service.

• Monitor sales performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports for management.

• Train and develop sales executives on product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling techniques.

• Ensure attractive product displays and maintain showroom standards.

• Handle high-value customer negotiations and close sales.

• Implement promotional strategies to boost sales and brand visibility.

• Manage stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and ensure availability of key products.

• Resolve customer complaints promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Keep updated with the latest jewellery trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
