Working Days: 5.5 Days (First 2 Saturdays & All Sundays Off)
About the Role
Looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is a field sales role where the candidate will be responsible for generating B2B leads, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, generate, and manage new B2B leads
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations
• Acquire new clients and expand the customer base
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and account growth
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain and update data in CRM systems
Eligibility Criteria
• 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales
• Strong lead generation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build long-term client relationships
• Self-motivated and target-oriented individual
• Ability to handle challenges and convert leads effectively
