RAVI PRECAST માં અમે એક dynamic અને result-oriented Sales Manager (Field Work) શોધી રહ્યા છીએ. આ ભૂમિકા માટે વ્યક્તિએ અમદાવાદ અને આસપાસના વિસ્તારોમાં field પર જઈને Builders, Architects અને Construction Sites સાથે સંપર્ક કરી નવા orders generate કરવા પડશે.

Key Responsibilities:

Ahmedabad અને નજીકના વિસ્તારમાં Builders, Architects અને Construction Projects ની regular મુલાકાત લેવી
Paver Block products માટે નવા customers શોધવા અને orders મેળવવા
Existing clients સાથે strong relationship maintain કરવું
Leads પર follow-up કરીને sales close કરવી
Market research કરીને sales વધારવા માટે નવી strategies બનાવવી
Daily/weekly sales report management ને આપવી
Client database maintain અને expand કરવો

Job Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
Experience: 1 થી 3 વર્ષ (Field Sales માં experience હોય તો વધુ સારું)
Two-wheeler હોવું જરૂરી
Ahmedabad વિસ્તારની સારી જાણકારી હોવી જોઈએ
Strong communication અને convincing skills
Sales target achieve કરવાની ક્ષમતા
Basic mobile / WhatsApp / computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

₹10,000 થી ₹15,000 (In-hand Salary)
Incentive based earning (Performance પર આધારિત)
