Job Summary

We are seeking energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented Sales & Marketing Executives to support business

growth and client acquisition. The role involves generating leads, identifying business opportunities, building strong

client relationships, presenting Godigitally’s IT solutions, and achieving sales targets.

This opportunity is open to both fresh graduates with strong communication skills and experienced professionals with

relevant sales exposure in IT, software, digital marketing, SaaS, B2B, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through walk-ins, networking, referrals, and field sales

• Identify prospective clients and schedule business meetings

• Present Godigitally’s products and services to potential clients

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations

• Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures

• Build and maintain long-term client relationships

• Maintain accurate customer data in CRM

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
  

Eligibility Criteria

For Freshers:

• Candidates should possess one of the following qualifications:

• MBA / MCA / B.Tech / PGDM (Marketing/Sales)

• BBA / BCA / B.Com

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  

For Experienced:

Candidates 1–2 years of experience in any of the following:

• IT Sales

• Software Sales

• Digital Marketing Sales

• SaaS Sales

• Real Estate Sales

• B2B Sales
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or Sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of CRM software

• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar lead-generation tools

• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing and Enterprise IT Solutions

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Confidence in client interactions and presentations

• Sales negotiation and relationship-building skills
