Sales Manager

We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Puresoft Solutions. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 and prospects of growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, presenting suitable properties, negotiating with customers, and converting leads into successful bookings/transactions.

  ####Site Visits

  • Coordinate property/site visits with customers.

  • Explain the property and surrounding location.

  • Handle customer objections during site visits.

  • Build customer confidence and maintain professional relationships.

  • Ensure timely follow-up after every site visit.

  #####Negotiation & Closing

  • Negotiate with customers within approved pricing/terms.

  • Handle objections related to price, location, documentation, amenities and competition.

  • Coordinate with owners, builders and developers.

  • Convert qualified prospects into bookings.

  • Support customers through agreement, payment and registration processes.

    ##### Builder & Property Owner Coordination

  • Develop relationships with builders and developers.

  • Source new properties and projects.

  • Coordinate property availability and pricing.

  • Build a strong inventory of saleable properties.

  • Maintain relationships with property owners and channel partners.

  • Identify new business opportunities.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 4 years of experience. Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
