Sales Manager – Real Estate
Job Summary
A Sales Manager oversees the sales , manages client relationships, drives revenue generation, and ensures successful property sales closures.
Key Responsibilities
Handle direct client meetings and negotiations
Generate sales through channel partners and direct leads
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct site visits and project presentations
Develop sales strategies and marketing coordination
Maintain client relationships and post-sales support
Prepare sales reports and performance analysis
Train telecalling and sales executives
Required Skills
Strong leadership and sales abilities
Excellent communication & negotiation skills
Deep understanding of Gurgaon/Delhi NCR real estate market
Closing and objection-handling skills
CRM and reporting knowledge
Experience
1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales preferred
Salary Range.
₹20,000 – ₹35 Lakh/month + Incentives + Closing Bonuses
