We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent convincing ability, and in-depth knowledge of the real estate sales process.
Lead, manage, and handle the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for residential/commercial projects
Guide and motivate team members to improve performance and close deals
Monitor daily sales activities, site visits, follow-ups, and conversions
Train and mentor sales executives to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners
Handle escalations and support the team in closing high-value deals
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews
Coordinate with marketing and CRM teams for lead management
Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Local market knowledge will be an added advantage
