Job Summary:
Progressive Innovators Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Sales Manager responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and leading project-based sales activities through field visits, industry outreach, and strategic sales planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Data Collection
Identify potential industries and target areas for business development
Collect prospect data through field visits, cold calls, and online research
Filter and maintain prospect data in the designated reporting format for team use
Client Meetings & Sales Development
Conduct detailed meetings with clients to understand industry processes and challenges
Pitch suitable products/services based on client requirements
Perform regular cold calls and industry mapping to generate new opportunities
Handle client objections and convert discussions into sales opportunities
Attend and manage qualified appointments scheduled by the Corporate Communication team
Business Generation
Achieve revenue targets through project and certification sales
Ensure achievement of minimum 80% of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Drive business growth through cross-selling, upselling, and client references
Regularly visit clients for sales meetings and relationship development
Data & Reporting
Maintain daily updates in the Daily Sales Report (DSR) including data collection, meetings, and closures
Track daily sales activities and maintain accurate reporting
Submit the Daily Sales Report to management by EOD every day
Team Management
Train, guide, and support team members when assigned
Conduct daily briefings and monitor team sales activities
Ensure the team achieves at least 80% of monthly and annual targets
Provide feedback to improve productivity and performance
Additional Responsibilities
Continuously develop effective sales pitches for company products/services
Stay updated with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
Track and report individual and team performance regularly to management
Requirements
Strong experience in project sales / B2B sales / corporate sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
Ability to conduct field visits and handle corporate meetings independently
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Self-driven with a target-oriented approach
