Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through walk-ins, digital inquiries, references, brokers, and outbound outreach.

• Handle client inquiries and provide detailed project presentations.

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable inventory options.

• Conduct site visits and project walkthroughs for prospects.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up.

• Negotiate commercial terms and assist in deal closures.

• Coordinate documentation and handover with internal teams.

• Maintain CRM records, lead pipeline, and sales reports.

• Track local market trends and competitor offerings.

• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and exhibitions.
