Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead and drive the sales team in the automobile segment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing customer relationships, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
Monitor showroom walk-ins, inquiries, and conversions
Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure repeat business
Conduct team training, performance reviews, and mentoring
Analyze market trends and competitor activities in the automobile sector
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for promotional activities
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
