Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Zonal Manager to lead our sales operations in the Bettiah region. The role involves managing and driving both B2B and B2C sales channels, building strong institutional and individual customer relationships, and ensuring consistent achievement of business targets in the EdTech sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve zonal sales targets (B2B & B2C). Lead, motivate, and manage the zonal sales team to deliver high performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, colleges, training institutes, and corporate clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the assigned region. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends. Ensure seamless execution of sales plans, promotional campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives. Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews to senior management. Collaborate with the marketing team to support lead generation and brand-building activities. Handle escalations and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in EdTech or the Education industry. Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales. Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and handle pressure in a competitive environment.
