Job Description

Sales Manager – Agency (Life Insurance) – Short Job Profile

Recruit, train, and develop life insurance advisors/agents.

Drive sales through the agency channel to achieve business targets.

Motivate and support advisors in lead generation, customer acquisition, and policy sales.

Conduct regular field visits and joint sales calls with advisors.

Monitor advisor performance, productivity, and persistency.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Build strong relationships with advisors and customers to improve retention and business growth.

Prepare sales reports and provide regular updates to the Branch Manager.
