We are looking for an energetic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to convert leads into customers.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential customers.
Contact customers through calls, WhatsApp, and face-to-face meetings.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Convert leads into successful sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Follow up with potential customers regularly.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth order/service execution.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
Requirements
Good communication and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM/WhatsApp is an advantage.
Freshers can also apply if they have good communication and confidence.
Previous sales experience will be an added advantage.
