• Team Leadership:

• Motivating, mentoring, and managing a team of insurance agents, fostering a positive and productive work environment. 

• Client Relationship Management:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high-quality service. 

• Compliance and Quality Assurance:

• Ensuring that all sales activities and client interactions adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements. 

• Performance Analysis:

• Analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance performance. 

• Market Awareness:

• Staying informed about market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge. 

• Customer Service:
