Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Strong understanding of sales principles, customer relationship management (CRM), and renewable energy market trends.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategies for revenue growth.
Experience in team leadership and performance management.
Proficient in MS Office.
High level of initiative, self-motivation, and target orientation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to build long-term client relationships and expand business opportunities.
Familiarity with solar or power sector sales is a strong advantage.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales executives and telecaller teams to meet and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and client segments.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to senior management.
Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to ensure alignment in branding and delivery.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
Continuously enhance team performance through training and performance evaluations.
