Job Profile: SALES OFFICER/AREA DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/AREA SALES MANAGER/SALES MANAGER
Job location: MADHYA PRADESH/UTTAR PRADESH/RAJASTHAN/BIHAR/JHARKHAND/PUNJAB/HARYANA
Experience: 1 to 9 Years
Salary: STARTING 2.9 LPA TO 7 LPA
Roles:
•Responsible in achieving monthly / quarterly / annual primary & secondary targets for the area of operations in terms of Channels and distributors. To achieve sales targets and to build excellent client relationships for positioning of all products.
1. Does proper mapping of network of dealers, sub-dealers
2. To Improve Distribution Network
3. Identify new Dealers / Distributor, Appoint New Dealers, Handholding of New Dealers for first 1 month
4. Increases width and depth of distribution by increasing reach and adding more dealers / distributors to our network
5. Map high end dealers and retail counters to enhance sales
6. Market mapping for New Towns and existing towns
7. Visit to Dealers as per PJP
8. Market mapping to increase counter share
9. Ensuring complete adherence of the field sales processes including PJP / DSR / etc.

Job Description
1. Primary Sales- i.e. to appointment of 1 Distributor (in given territory) with
good credit facility for the given district within the probation period of 1 Month.
(T&C reserves)
2. Company will provide leads also and as well as senior visit support on need
to satisfy primary sales.
3. Appointment of Super Stockiest is very easy task as company will provide very
attractive and profitable credit facility in favor of Super Stockiest.
4. 1 month will be given as probation period to the candidate and grace period
facility is also available on need.
5. T.A and D.A will be changed after appointment of Super Stockiest to satisfy
secondary sales and that will be as per company expense structure.
6. Candidate will be bonded with leave management and HR-policy.
7. Secondary Salesi.e. sale and liquidize the products across the market with the help of
BDE.
8. Need to widen of dealer network across the market.
9. Increase Sales volume by applying proficient strategies.
10. Organizing and monitoring Promotional Activities.
