मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities)

बिक्री और ग्राहक प्रबंधन (Sales and Customer Management):

संभावित ग्राहकों से संपर्क स्थापित करना और लीड्स उत्पन्न करना।

कंपनी के उत्पादों या सेवाओं को बेचना और बिक्री लक्ष्य प्राप्त करना।

ग्राहकों के साथ दीर्घकालिक संबंध बनाना।

मार्केटिंग और प्रचार (Marketing and Promotion):

मार्केट रिसर्च और बाजार विश्लेषण के माध्यम से ग्राहकों की ज़रूरतों को समझना।

कंपनी के उत्पादों/सेवाओं को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विभिन्न मार्केटिंग अभियानों और रणनीतियों की योजना बनाना।

ब्रांड वैल्यू बढ़ाने और ग्राहकों को आकर्षित करने के लिए विज्ञापन और अन्य तरीकों का उपयोग करना।

डेटा और विश्लेषण (Data and Analysis):

बिक्री के प्रदर्शन को ट्रैक करने और रणनीतियों को अनुकूलित करने के लिए CRM और डेटा विश्लेषण टूल का उपयोग करना।

बिक्री डेटा का विश्लेषण करके सुधार के क्षेत्रों की पहचान करना।

टीम और सहयोग (Team and Collaboration):

बिक्री टीम के सदस्यों को नियुक्त करना, प्रशिक्षित करना और उनका नेतृत्व करना।

ग्राहक अनुभव और बिक्री में सुधार के लिए अन्य टीमों के साथ मिलकर काम करना।
