Generate leads through calling, references, field visits, connectors, DSAs, and existing customer databases.
Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Understand customer requirements and suggest the right loan product.
Explain loan eligibility, documentation, interest rate, processing fees, and repayment terms to customers.
Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for login, approval, sanction, and disbursement.
Maintain daily follow-ups with customers for documents and status updates.
Build strong relationships with customers, builders, business owners, CAs, connectors, and referral partners.
Achieve monthly sales targets for loan disbursement.
Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, applications, and closures in CRM/Excel.
