Location: Noida & Faridabad (NCR)
Manage and grow sales operations in Noida and Faridabad territories
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets
Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activity
Lead, train, and motivate the local sales team (if applicable)
Coordinate with marketing, technical, and operations teams for smooth execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
Handle key accounts and negotiate pricing, contracts, and closures
Ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of client issues
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Strong knowledge of the Noida & Faridabad market
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Willingness to travel within the assigned region
Experience in industrial, engineering, water treatment, laboratory, or technical sales
Established local client network in NCR
