🚀 URGENT HIRING | SALES MANAGER – MICRO LAP (NBFC)

📊 Openings: 60 (5 per location)

💼 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Build & manage Micro Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio

✔ Source secured loans (₹2L – ₹10L ticket size)

✔ Handle end-to-end process from login to disbursement

✔ Manage collections of sourced cases

✔ Generate business through DSA / Connectors / Open Market

✔ Maintain strong customer relationships & satisfaction

✔ Identify new opportunities to expand LAP business

✔ Execute local marketing & promotional activities

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

✔ Minimum 2+ years experience in Micro LAP (secured loans)

✔ Strong knowledge of local market & sourcing channels

✔ Good network with DSA / connectors preferred

✔ Result-driven with strong sales & collection skills
