We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team at Kapoor Mats & Steel. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new B2B clients (distributors, wholesalers, retailers, corporates) within the domestic market
Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closure
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions (if applicable)
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable product solutions
Manage pricing discussions, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Coordinate with supply chain, operations, and support teams for timely delivery and service
Expand distribution network and explore channel partnerships
Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and market demand
Maintain accurate pipeline and sales reports using CRM tools
Required Skills:
Strong B2B sales and business development experience (product-based)
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and manage key client relationships
Strong commercial acumen and understanding of pricing/margins
Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
Ability to handle long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field, minimum
2–7 years of experience in B2B product sales (domestic market)
Experience in industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, industrial products, or similar is preferred
