Job Description

Develop and expand dealer/distributor/channel partner network across assigned territories.
Identify and onboard OEMs, distributors, EV dealers, battery retailers, and institutional partners.
Drive sales growth through offline distribution channels.
Build strong relationships with channel partners and ensure long-term business engagement.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal operations and production teams for timely order execution.
Support channel partners with product training, branding, and sales enablement.
Travel extensively for dealer appointments, market visits, and business development activities.
Ensure payment collections and maintain healthy commercial discipline in the market.
Represent the company at exhibitions, dealer meets, and industry events.
