Sales Manager

• Business Acquisition:

  Identify and acquire new home loan customers through referrals, networking, open markets, and relationships with builders and real estate agents. 

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and fostering loyalty. 

• Sales and Target Achievement:

  Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for home loans. 

• Product Explanation:

  Clearly explain various home loan products, terms, and conditions to potential and existing clients. 

• Documentation and Processing:

  Guide clients through the application process, ensure all loan documentation is complete and accurate, and coordinate with internal teams for loan processing. 

• Partner Management:

  Develop and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and other referral sources to generate leads. 

• Cross-selling:

  Promote and cross-sell other financial products to existing clients. 

• Market Knowledge:

  Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, financial regulations, and market trends.
