Key Responsibilities:
• Go on field visits to meet customers and explain loan products
• Work to achieve sales targets and help grow the company’s business
• Build good relationships with customers by meeting them regularly and following up for more business
• Meet new customers and ask happy customers to refer others who may need a home loan
• Coordinate with credit team for smooth processing and disbursal of loans
• Maintain credit quality • Onboard new channel partners
• Find and add new housing projects (APFs) and agents to bring in more loan applications.
