Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Identifying and acquiring new home loan customers through various channels (open market, referrals, etc.).
Meeting sales targets and contributing to team goals.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Providing excellent customer service throughout the loan application process.
Guiding clients through the loan application process, including documentation and verification.
Product Knowledge and Market Awareness:
Staying updated on home loan products, their features, and current market trends.
Educating clients about different loan options and helping them choose the best fit.
Loan Processing and Documentation:
Ensuring timely and accurate processing of loan applications.
Verifying customer information and documents.
Coordinating with relevant teams for loan disbursement.
Other Responsibilities:
Preparing and maintaining sales reports.
Aligning with marketing teams on lead generation activities.
Adhering to company policies and procedures.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Sales Experience: Proven experience in home loan sales or a similar role.
Product Knowledge: Sound understanding of home loan products, market conditions, and lending regulations.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze customer data, financial information, and market trends.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, sales tools, and relevant online platforms.
Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is often preferred.
Licensing: In some cases, a mortgage loan originator (MLO) license may be required.
