Requirements

• Experience: Proven experience in Residential property Sales or a similar role is crucial.

• Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of Residential real estate market dynamics, trends, and financial principles is essential.

• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage diverse teams and lead projects effectively.

• Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation skills for sales and leasing agreements.
