We are looking for a Sales Manager . The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Identify prospects and develop sales strategies to drive business growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of Freshers 35k in hand + Allowance + Incentives and prospects of growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for Residential Real Estate Sales in Bangalore achieve monthly revenue
targets.
Be responsible for end-to-end discussion with buyers and educate them about company's
offerings on every day basis.
Responsible for attending inquires generated through the Digital Marketing platform by
addressing need & concerns to fulfil buyer's expectations.
Develop relationships with Top Selling Developer and Investors and End customers.
Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices.
Provide advisory/consultation to customers for purchasing property for the best deal
under the best terms.
Understand clients' needs and propose solutions that suit them best.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is MBA Graduate and looking for Fresher to 5 yrs of experience into Real Estate . Familiarity with different sales techniques is a must. Applicants should also have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer use and the ability to utilize technology effectively are essential.
