Sales Manager – Premium Gourmet FMCG Brand
Location: Hadapsar Industrial Estate, Pune
CTC: ₹10–12 LPA + Performance-Based Variable Experience: 5–7 Years (FMCG – Food Category Preferred)
About the Opportunity:
A well-established hospitality group with a strong legacy in premium dining is expanding into
the FMCG segment with an artisanal gourmet food brand offering fresh pasta, sauces, cheeses,
and related products.
The brand aims to bring restaurant-quality products into homes with authenticity, sophistication,
and superior quality standards.
We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Sales Manager to lead expansion across
Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, HoReCa, and E-commerce channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
• Develop and execute multi-channel sales strategies.
• Drive Quick Commerce tie-ups ensuring strong fill rates, visibility, and timely
replenishment.
• Expand Modern Trade presence through new listings and in-store execution.
• Acquire and manage HoReCa accounts for sustained revenue growth.
• Onboard distributors and retail partners to increase market penetration.
• Maintain vertical-wise P&L accountability.
• Ensure disciplined payment follow-ups and reconciliations.
E-Commerce & Brand Coordination:
• Manage product listings and catalog operations on Amazon.
• Ensure accurate pricing, inventory hygiene, and optimized product descriptions.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.
• Identify branding opportunities across offline and online platforms.
Team & Operations:
• Conduct regular market and store visits.
• Train, mentor, and manage sales/promoter teams.
• Coordinate logistics to minimize wastage and return-to-company (RTC) losses.
• Share competitor insights and category feedback to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (Marketing) preferred.
• 5–7 years of FMCG (Food) sales experience.
• Mandatory exposure to Modern Trade / Quick Commerce / HoReCa / E-commerce.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Hands-on experience managing Amazon operations preferred.
• Analytical mindset with strong commercial understanding.
Compensation:
₹10–12 LPA + Performance-Based Incentives
