Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The candidate will be responsible for developing strategies, expanding market presence, and building long-term client relationships in line with company goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing.

• 6+ years of proven experience in sales (preferably in the environmental/industrial solutions sector).

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
