Sales Manager

Job Role:

• Handle sales in Maharashtra state

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets

• Manage and support sales team / executives

• Visit customers and markets regularly

• Add new customers and maintain relations with existing ones

• Handle distributors / dealers / retailers (as per business)

• Give daily / weekly sales reports to management

• Collect payments on time

Requirements:

• Graduate (MBA in Sales/Marketing is an advantage, not must)

• 1-3 years of experience in sales

• Experience in Maharashtra market preferred

• Good communication in Marathi, Hindi & basic English

• Ready to travel within Maharashtra

Skills:

• Target oriented

• Good negotiation and convincing skills

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Email, WhatsApp, etc.)

Salary:

• As per company norms + incentives
