We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales and business development for our bread division in the HoReCa segment. The ideal candidate will drive lead generation, build strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, caterers, cloud kitchens, play zones, gaming stations, and large institutional buyers. The role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to achieve consistent revenue growth.
Identify and target potential clients in the HoReCa sector (restaurants, cafés, hotels, QSRs, caterers, etc.).
Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads through field visits, networking, and market research.
Develop and implement strategies to increase market penetration for bread SKUs.
Conduct competitor analysis and suggest improvements in pricing, packaging, and product lines.
Convert leads into long-term clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Regularly meet existing clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.
Negotiate pricing and volume deals based on business requirements.
Coordinate with the production team for timely order processing, customizations, and delivery schedules.
Ensure proper documentation of orders, agreements, and client communication.
Plan daily/weekly routes for effective coverage of the assigned territory.
Maintain accurate records of calls, visits, order bookings, and key client interactions.
Build and maintain a structured database of HoReCa clients for ongoing business tracking.
Share daily sales reports and lead updates with management.
Provide weekly insights on market trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure smooth delivery and service.
5-6 years of sales experience in HoReCa / FMCG / Bakery / Food & Beverage sector (bread sales experience preferred).
Strong network and relationships within the HoReCa industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet tight sales targets.
Basic knowledge of bread types, SKUs, and HoReCa requirements (training will be provided if needed).
Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
