Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Geetato Bakes & Bliss.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales of food products, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert high-value business opportunities. This role involves generating leads, developing sales strategies, and driving measurable growth. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹30,000–₹40,000, along with strong opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and close sales with B2B clients, including retailers, distributors, cafés, hotels, and corporate buyers.

• Utilize various sales methods such as cold calling, client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups to maximize conversions.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business customers.

• Conduct market research to identify new prospects and develop creative and effective sales strategies.

• Regularly report sales performance, customer feedback, and market insights to management.

• Maintain, expand, and organize the client database to support ongoing revenue growth.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th standard; 5–6+ years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the food products or FMCG sector, with a strong focus on B2B sales.

• Solid understanding of different sales techniques, including consultative selling and account management.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to meet targets, work independently, and manage client relationships effectively.

• Proficiency in using computers, mobile apps, and digital tools for reporting, CRM, and communication.

• It is a Full Time Field Sales job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
