Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, converting leads into customers, conducting client meetings and site visits, and achieving monthly sales targets. Experience in the solar industry will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through field visits, references, digital platforms, and networking.
Handle and convert company-provided leads into confirmed sales.
Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Visit customer sites to understand project requirements and prepare suitable solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Maintain CRM records and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to generate and close leads independently.
Good understanding of customer relationship management (CRM).
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and problem-solving attitude.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
3–6 years of experience in Sales.
Experience in the Solar/Energy industry is preferred.
