Job Description

OPEN POSITIONS – ANSAL CROWN INFRABUILD PRIVATE LIMITED | FARIDABAD

We are looking for experienced professionals to join Real Estate project based in Sector 80, Faridabad.

1. Sales Manager – 2 positions

Experience: 8–10 Years
Industry: Real Estate
Mandatory: Experience in selling residential projects in Faridabad
Qualification: Graduate
Location: Faridabad
Salary: ₹7–8 Lakh P.A.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead sales activities for the residential real estate project.

  • Develop and manage relationships with property dealers and channel partners.

  • Drive sales through direct and channel sales networks.

  • Coordinate with prospective and existing buyers.

  • Manage site visits, negotiations, bookings and closures.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve project sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, customer requirements and post-sales activities.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor projects and customer feedback in the Faridabad market.
