Job description

Assist customers with loan applications, docs collection, and verification. Coordinate with banks for loan processing. Provide loan status updates and conduct daily field visits for coordination and follow-ups. Other loan related tasks as needed.

Job Profile:- Business Sales Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction through resolving customer queries/issues. He/ She maintains periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.

1. Channel Partner Recruitment:

Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner

2. Completion of File:

Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and

information

3.File logins in the system from time to time; maintaining accurate records
4.Reviewing sales performance
5.Working towards monthly or annual targets.
