Role Summary
A reputed organization is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to develop business opportunities and strengthen its presence in the electric vehicle, solar, telecom, and industrial sectors.
The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership abilities, strong industry knowledge, and experience in business development and channel management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Identify and develop relationships with prospective customers and channel partners.
Manage business development activities across assigned territories.
Conduct presentations and technical discussions with prospective clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
MBA or PGDM in Marketing will be preferred.
Required Skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent presentation and relationship management abilities.
Knowledge of CRM software and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and leadership skills.
